I still wouldn't water it.
I say that because, although it hasn't dropped its leaves, it's still going through summer dormancy. It's likely that your plant just hasn't got warm enough, or dry enough, to drop its leaves. Perhaps you use a swamp cooler to cool your house, so it's more humid and cool in there?
Regardless though, it still has that "instinct" to go dormant and so it will.
