These plants can survive temperatures down to -20°F. If it gets colder than that (which I know some parts of Montana can get, but I don't know about your specific county), you may need to cover them with a sheet to give them that little bit of extra cold protection.
If it gets far below -20°F though, I recommend just bringing them inside.
