Does this plant form a "carpet" like other sedums, or is it mainly a single-crown plant like echevarias? Thanks.

I wouldn't say if forms a carpet but it certainly gets more than one head. It grows tall and branches. The tips of every branch develops its own head. A few of these branches may sprawl, but not enough to form a carpet.
