All Sempervivum hen and chicks can overwinter outside. However, the majority of succulent genera cannot overwinter outside.
If you want to know how cold a particular plant can tolerate on our website, just scroll down to "product details" and find a section on that list called "COLD HARDINESS". There it will list the USDA hardiness zone of the plant, as well as the lowest temperature it can withstand.
Trays will also have a USDA hardiness zone listed if it's relevant and any hardy tray should contain plants that are hardy to -20°F or below.
