Some plants in this tray can handle partial shade and some cannot. The Sempervivum prefer a bit of shade while the Sedum like full sun better.
However, this depends on how long your property gets sun for. If it gets 4 or 5 hours of sun a day, then I'd say Sempervivum would grow fine there. Three hours is doable, but pushing it. Any less than that and this tray might not be a good fit for your property.
