This is the price per order, but how many you'll need depends on a lot of different factors actually. If you wanted to fill the bed immediately, you'd need 830 of them.
However, these are Sedum and they can grow quite quickly, given a few conditions. How much light does this plot get? How much water? Does the soil retain water or not? Do you plan on fertilizing? If so, what strength fertilizer are you going to use?
All of these questions can influence how many plants you need.
Assuming good, full sun, weekly water in the summer, well draining soil and a weak fertilizer applied monthly, I would say a third of this number would be plenty, roughly 277.
