You're only going to want a mildly acidic soil. A ph of 6 to 6.5 is a good range to be in and that's pretty close to neutral. Therefore, be careful when acidifying!
I'm not sure what you mean by "...and what product?", but I'm going to assume you mean what to put in the soil in order to make it more acidic. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
A classic way to make a soil more acidic is to add sphagnum peat. If you don't have access to that, just water your plant with a solution of two tablespoons vinegar to a gallon of water.
However, be performing soil ph tests this whole time to make sure you aren't acidifying your soil too much! I hope this helps!
