Hi there!
Your temperatures sound very comparable to ours. Even though it gets cold here in the winter, it also gets to be nearly 100F, or even a little over, in the summer, and we grow Sempervivum of all sorts outdoors.
The heat isn't the problem. The problem is the direct and harsh sunlight.
We have shade cloth over our Sempervivum to filter the light a little bit so they don't get sunburned. It's also a good idea to increase your watering a little bit. We water once a week in the summer.
I hope this helps!
