Yes! Haworthia in general do have very tall bloom stalks, so I think it's very likely that your plant is trying to bloom. You shouldn't need to do anything special to take care of it while it's blooming and, once the bloom dries up, you can just pull it from the base of the stalk to remove it. From experience, the dried inflorescence comes out without any difficulty.
