That's a good question.
I'm happy to report that Haworthia, all Haworthia, are non-toxic. I've even heard of Haworthia researchers eating their bad specimens to get rid of them.
However, unless you're wanting to make a really exotic salad, this usually comes into play regarding pets or small children. If your dog or cat likes to chew on plants, or your curious toddler gets a hold of a leaf, you don't have to worry.
