Hi there!
That's a good question and I'm actually unsure. There are lots of sources that claim this plant is Pachyveria, and lots that claim it's Graptoveria. Our specimens here haven't flowered yet, so it's difficult to tell. Do you know a way to tell without flowers?
It's also possible that two different plants ended up with the same cultivar name. I don't see a whole lot of Echeveria affins in these particular plants but on the sources that call it Graptoveria, I see a lot more of it. However, that does seem pretty speculative of me.
