Technically no. 'Cosmic Candy' is not a roller because it's in the genus Sempervivum rather than Jovibarba. However, the term "roller" isn't a super precise term and I have heard plenty of people refer to certain cultivars of Sempervivum as rollers even though, from a technical standpoint, only plants in the the genus Jovibarba are rollers.
