These plants are very hardy and can survive temperatures down to -20F. In my experience, plants that are this hardy tend to make poor houseplants. Will they live indoors? Technically, yes. However, this is not ideal for them. Even though the grow light may help, a lot of these types of plants not only tolerate low temperatures but actually need them to thrive.
Fortunately, in most zones, they thrive outside! But if you are in a zone where the temperatures drop below -20F, you may want to consider more soft succulents to grow indoors under a grow light. I hope this helps!
