Hello there!
Typically, with succulents, the most common reason for falling leaves is over watering. Try reducing the amount of water the plant is getting and watch the base of the stem for root rot. If you see the stem yellowing or feel it become squishy, then stop watering it all together until the plant seems desperate. I hope this helps!
